The staff was very cooperative. Just tell them some issue they will take action immediately. Especially all the staff in restaurant including manager and chef all were excellent. In staff I must mention name of Kiran he was exceptional with the service and the way of dealing with to customers. In all good package definitely worth value for money being paid. We are happy.

Special mention to Aniket the manager at the fern samali front desk he was was very helpful. Miss Pooja for her nature trail. Her enthusiasm for nature and birds she taught us so much. She showed state bird green pigeon. Entire staff were friendly.

The location is perfect. Amazing staff. very helpful. Specially mentioned, Ravindra from Restaurants, was very polite, and helpful. Vipin from SPA. very professional.

Nice quiet property located on a hill overlooking the ocean. The rooms are located in cottages (2 per cottage) and are reasonably sized and appointed. They all have a nice sit out area with a view of the ocean. The restaurant has a decent selection of local and international cuisine. The food is relatively reasonably priced considering the type of hotel.

It was a good experience and very scenic, we really enjoyed the overlooking balcony towards the sea and mountains. The design of the bathroom was innovative. As the resort was pet friendly we drove all the way from New Delhi i.e. almost 1500 km as we wanted to give our pet the experience of the sea along with a comfortable stay which was only possible as the resort was pet friendly.

Property was very beautiful and food was excellent! We loved the pool area and the proximity to nature. Staff was friendly and helpful. With regards to food: Crab masala was to die for!

The property is secluded and quite and calm. The pool is in the shade hence accessible in the afternoon too. The spa was also good. Very clean property.
